Provides I&R services via telephone or email. Maintains an extensive online collection of guides and checklists and a database of services and programs for transitioning military, veterans and their families. Also staffs a Military Helpline 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. 1-855-738-7176.

Provides services to make it easier for veterans and transitioning military, National Guard and Reserve members, and their families, to access services in the local community by providing guidance on how to access the care and support they need. Coordinates with local nonprofits, community organizations, business and government to provide information counseling and support to local veterans.
